As a first time investor, I spent a lot of time exploring best possible place where I can purchase a three bedroom residences. I did my research thoroughly. In Gurgaon, home-seekers prefer 3BHK apartments over 2BHK apartments. And so, a friend suggested that I could buy a property at Taksila Heights. The first thing I did was ‘Google it up.’ I typed ‘Taksila Heights Sector 37C Gurgaon.’ Mapping it out was initially not helpful. I could see that it did lie close to National Highway No. 8 (NH-8) and Dwarka Expressway. Then, I surfed for information about Dwarka Expressway, or should I say, the ‘Northern Peripheral Road.’ An article gave me a lot of information about the importance of Dwarka Expressway. It’s entitled “Dwarka Expressway: The Future of Gurgaon.”
Quite impressed by the ample growth possibility from acquiring a real estate property on this stretch I looked at various property listing sites to find properties which are situated here. I realized that there are many projects with similar location advantages and where developers offer almost similar features in terms of amenities within the complex and specification within apartments. What set ‘Taksila Heights’ was that the prices of an apartment suited my financial budget. I contacted my friend who had initially suggested this project to me. He got me in touch with the sales team of Favista Real Estate. What I liked about this brokerage is the friendly and professional advice given by their experts. I brought a property through them from the developer on “original booking.” This entailed that I did not have to pay any amount to the broker.
Not only did the experts at Favista help me through the entire process of the deal, but when I decided to sell my property, they advised me against it. Over time, I was not too sure whether this project will fare well and given that there were so many other projects I was tempted to sell the property as soon as possible. However, better sense prevailed and I waited. Then, eventually, a sales person from this same brokerage got in touch with me and fetched me a very good resale deal. It was a lot better than what I had anticipated. I was glad that I trusted the right brokerage.
Now, the money I received after selling my flat at Taksila Heights at great resale rates, I am able to invest in another flat in Taksila Heights Phase II. All I do now is occasionally type ‘Taksila Heights Gurgaon’ keep on reviewing the progress of this project or call up the nice people I got acquainted with at the brokerage I mentioned for further updates.
